Hi, I'm Nikki and welcome to my blog, well more like the home of my thoughts and feelings. I'm 37 years old and have been living in Portland, Or for 16+ years now. I have been involved with CrossFit now for a little over two years. And though my posts may mostly contain information about my training and experiences in CrossFit, it is most certainly not limited to it.
